Dude like 45 minutes for a hurger and they don’t even know whats happening. I hate leaving negative reviews, but fast food should never take longer than going and get real food.

The level of incompetence was actually quite impressive if it wasn’t so sad tbh. They didn’t even communicate properly through the drve through. I’ve never felt the need to write a review but this one takes the cake.

The old drive through people were much better they dropped the ball hard at this location considering I came here for almost a decade and it was never this bad. How many times do I have to tell you my prder after taking it 5 times

Shabby place inside a gas station, service is abominably slow and they overcharge you on purpose and apologize like they “forgot” when you point it out. How do I know? They overcharged the person in front of me, they pointed it out, he apologized, 5 minutes later when they took my order, I ordered the same thing and they also overcharged me

I didn't like everything, the food wasn't good, and the management was bad.

The place is a bit run down, dirty tables and slow service

Vegetarian options: They have a very good tasting Beyond veggie burger, highly recommended

Les sandwich déjeuner sont vraiment moyen, le poulet chipotle est bon mais c'est tellement basic. Le saucisse chef d'oeuf goûte juste straight up bizarre mais j'imagine que c'est la touche spéciale a et w. Les burgers sont meilleurs que la majorité des autres chaînes de burgers, particulièrement McDonald. Ça reste un fast food, donc bof en esti pour le prix.

Went on a Tuesday night around 9pm or so, i ordered the 3 chicken strips with fries and a drink. The strips were flat and very thin, the fries were somewhat cold and the root beer was flat, no ice and warm. Totally unacceptable! Usually we have no problems at this A&W but this time around those older ladies who were working that night had no idea what they were doing and the food was not prepared as they should have been. We like going there as it is close to home but now i will probably think twice for the next time.

AW food, nothing to add. Except the place isn't safe. I packed my bag with my computer as I paid my bill. No one saw and no one among the staff and the manager wanted to help me by viewing the cameras.
