bad very bad service have never seen. Will not come back again ever. The worst a&w in Canada. Use dirty hands with cashier machine and fries and burger at same time. Without hand washing. So disgusting. Ignore people waiting in a line over 15min. So bad experience.

The usual guy wasn't there, The couple that was running it this morning was too busy chatting to each other in Spanish they forgot to open the door and it was ~9:00am. I saw the key was stuck in the key hole on the inside so I'm guessing they got distracted? Then, they were so busy chatting they didn't pay attention to my very simple order of just 2 hashbrowns and instead only put 1 in. I only noticed later so when I went back to get the second hashbrown she said I only ordered 1 to which I said "no I ordered 2. can I have another hashbrown now then, I always order 2", she again didn't pay attention and said "oh you want 2 hashbrown now?" At this point I couldn't be bothered anymore so I said "I- yeah sure" but now SHE seemed annoyed and said "you want one or two??"All in all, I'm happy that they have a work environment/colleague they enjoy, however it really shouldn't affect the service to this extent. They shouldn't be fired or separated but A&W should have a checking and training system in place.

The food was great for what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The only problem is they don't have hot dogs. If you're an American expecting to go to an A&W and have a chili, cheese, mustard, and onion hot dog, you're not going to get it here. They only have hamburgers. But the fries are quite delicious.

I ordered a trio with a root beer, they let me order only to then tell me that the soda machine is broken and offered me an orange juice or a WATER BOTTLEinstead... Poutine and orange juice .. yum
