Visited at 6:40 PM on December 5, 2025. We ordered four burgers and simply asked for a glass of water for my friend’s child. The staff member refused to give us water, and the way he did it felt extremely hostile. There was no customer service at all — the attitude was rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in.
I normally love A&W, but this location was a huge disappointment.
