I always get great customer service here. I tended to keep my orders simple because my accent is hard to understand, but the servers here always make it easy for me and give me the confidence to order a little more. Thank you!

Came in the morning at 7:32 am to order a double buddy burger. Got a very rude and aggressive service at the end. The cashier was yelling and not comfortable serving to customers. While serving the order, she purposely dropped the food bag on the floor and did not apologize. She should be taught about customer service skills. You should be ashamed of offering such services to your customers.

I love the vive here and to be honest the workers are really good. Normally I come here on Friday’s and Saturday’s. service is very good.

This is the worst one I've ever been to, before it was Indian, now it's ni99er. The sanitation was terrible and the clerk couldn't understand what I was saying. Neither French nor English, they don't speak, maybe they only speak African. They didn't wear gloves while making food which is disgusting. As Canadians should avoid these hateful American companies, they are polluting Quebec.

Order 2 buddy burgers with cheese and gave me 2 shit burgers .. plus I ordered before the Uber eats

I like A&W ,I really don't know why everything was awful here . The cashier till others .don't waste your money and try to find other fast foods that they are a lot in the street .

Very poor service, rude staff and stale food.

I would rather wait a bit longer for my food to come out right, then to have old, overcooked, stale patties and chicken... my niece couldn't even bite through the chicken buddy burger. My uncle burger was dried out, as well. It shows that both items were left out for a long time. And overcooked, as well... my entire order was wrong as well. Example: i ordered and paid for a poutine through ubereats. They punch in a regular fry. Plus, the fries were stale. How does this happen, unless everything was cooked way early on and left out under the heat lamp for over an hour. MAPAQ really need to have a look at how they run things on the 2-3am shifts. It's so wrong

Ordered the new combo for their Buddy burger, as I always order the chicken buddy burger.... what is this size of chicken?? that was 2 Small bites of chicken... It's the size of the ketchup Packet

Like most fast food restaurants A&W has reduced inn quality over the years. The fries and the hamburgers bland for the price you pay. For 3-4$ more go to Give Guys and get real meat with real taste and real fries.

A&W is always good! The wait is usually a little longer than expected (around 10 minutes), since there seems to be only 2 people working, but they’re always super nice & pleasant. I have loved the Beyond Beef combo since it came out.

I always order 2 mama burgers. They never care which order was first. I had to wait while 6 other orders were complete.

There was someone who ordered the same menu but they gave him first. He was white and I am asian. What can i say? There is racism going on here.

Worst service customer, the lady wearing a grey tshirt doesn’t talk. I have to repeat my order multiple times English and French, I ask her to use the washroom she never gave me the right code to use it. Food excellent as always!

The chiken burger dripped water while i was eating it and the fried had no taste
