Nice place. I went to the location Maisonneuve with Guy at around 12:30am. I enjoyed a wonderful service of Gaelle and Yannick, really nice people.
The only thing I didn’t like was “no tip option” to pay by card. I didn’t have cash. It wasn’t fair coz is not easy to work at this time and not get a tip, and having a good service. Care your people so they can care of your business.

Every time I go to buy something I feel like I'm doing them a disservice by buying something from here, that kind of service... but that was the last time. I won't be buying anything from this branch again

Needed to stop for a quick bite. I was wondering how a A&W could have a low rating. I know why. Impossible to get an advertized special in the restaurant but can't explain why. Unable to provide precise pricing about specials or substitutions. Food was actually what is expected from a A&W, hence 2 stars. 3 removed for bad service.

The staff is so rude and not even replying me i was asking how long 5-7 times loudly still he being rude to me and not answering it and making me more wait

Is this suppose to be 24 hours? Went there this morning around 6:20-25 pm and the girl said it was closed. (she was receiving a delivery) What a lazy person.

Went in to order their Mama burger combo special for $6. The cashier takes my order while telling me they don`t have any more fries. He`d have to substitute with their sweet potatoes. I said ok.

Then the clown charges me for the sweet potatoes having said that he`d have to substitute the fries as they didn`t have any more. The total came to $2 more than it should have.

When I questioned him, at first he tried to think I was stupid by saying that the tax brought it to $8.38. On a $6 order?? Then when he saw I wouldn`t let the matter drop, he said that he had to charge extra for the sweet potatoes, despite their saying that they were out of the fries which is what I`d wanted and is included in the combo special.

A duplicitous dump, and a digraceful display of disresepct to the general public as customers, not to mention false advertising. If I could give 0 stars, believe me, I would.

Expensive fast food joint but when they have promo, their price is a bit more affordable..food tastes better rhan McDonald's. I miss their coffee promo when it used to be $1 for coffee of any size.

Fake advertisement. Not 24h. Went there at 5 am and I was denied service because “they are cleaning”

I always get great customer service here. I tended to keep my orders simple because my accent is hard to understand, but the servers here always make it easy for me and give me the confidence to order a little more. Thank you!

Came in the morning at 7:32 am to order a double buddy burger. Got a very rude and aggressive service at the end. The cashier was yelling and not comfortable serving to customers. While serving the order, she purposely dropped the food bag on the floor and did not apologize. She should be taught about customer service skills. You should be ashamed of offering such services to your customers.

I love the vive here and to be honest the workers are really good. Normally I come here on Friday’s and Saturday’s. service is very good.

This is the worst one I've ever been to, before it was Indian, now it's ni99er. The sanitation was terrible and the clerk couldn't understand what I was saying. Neither French nor English, they don't speak, maybe they only speak African. They didn't wear gloves while making food which is disgusting. As Canadians should avoid these hateful American companies, they are polluting Quebec.

Order 2 buddy burgers with cheese and gave me 2 shit burgers .. plus I ordered before the Uber eats
