Why am I having to get your attention to be served? Rude, dismissive, useless.

When you order Big, juicy and oh-so-crunchy 5oz chicken portion meets our special Chubby mayo and layers of crisp whole leaf lettuce. All sandwiched between a perfectly toasted brioche-style bun. Served with Russet Thick Cut Fries and A&W Root Beer.
You expect to receive the fries and the beverage BUT NOOOOOO employees there does't give a damn about your order, they send you the burger, no fries and no beverage.
WAY TO GO !!!!

Just spent 15 minutes watching the employee count her cash register while the other ones looked - line of 4 other clients waiting - I could not wait any longer - management needs to find a better way to service customers - close the store if you can’t serve us - thank you

Unfortunately usually severed perfect at this location but today nice friendly. Happy Friday to me! I hope A&W will do something about this. I pay for what I want. And eat what I want it is unfortunate people who are paid to serve you can not follow simple instructions.
