We came for a lunch, ordered 4 burger meals. While waiting for the order we saw that cooks are preparing the food with no gloves at all, bare hands, men’s beards are not covered. Moreover, the waiting time was long. When our order was served, there were only 3 french fries bags, had to ask for the 4th. Also there were no cups available to pour ketchup in, asked for cups the person gave us some packed ketchup. Overall, the service is very disappointing and the taste of chicken burger is disgusting. Don’t recommend that place.

The music played at a comfortable volume, adding a bit of atmosphere without being intrusive.
My food arrived hot and fresh. While the presentation didn’t look exactly like the polished photos on the menu, everything tasted as it should, and I was still pleased with the overall quality. Honestly, I don’t understand the poor rating this franchise location seems to have received elsewhere. My experience was thoroughly positive: fast, clean, courteous, and satisfying. It’s a dependable spot if you’re looking for a quick, well-prepared meal in the area.

I am writing this email due to I had a disappointing experience at this location. The food tasted old and was of poor quality. The staff, including the cashier and kitchen staff, had a strong unpleasant odor. They look unfriendly and seemed irritated by our presence. It's clear they did not understand English, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
The $20 I spent here was a waste. I'm disappointed and frustrated. After this experience, my flight attendant coworkers and I had to buy food at another coffee shop. We were looking forward to a meal at A&W in Ottawa, but this experience was a letdown. As a frequent customer in Calgary and a former employee in Montreal, I was expecting better.
*Suggestions for Improvement:*
1. Improve food quality and freshness. 2. Address staff hygiene and cleanliness. 3. Train staff to provide better customer service. 4. Consider customer feedback and concerns.

We have a very tough time communicating with the staff in English. Ordered 6 burgers for take out and all of them were uncooked and totally RAW. We threw out the entire order. Disgusting experience, which is unfortunate because we really love a&w!

Gildas tazong and Marcelle are a great team the best burger and fries, quick service with a big smile. The best in the city outstanding, the only place which serves the BEST in the entire city. Thank you we all loved it .

Absolutely BEST A&W i’ve been to, hands down. Usually the onion rings are burnt & salty, BUT NOT HERE! :) I hate McDs & only go to A&W & everything was perfect. Highly recommend! 👌🏽🫶🏽

Pay attention to price. They charged me 14’48 for beyond meat burger combo. I checked price at other restaurant and it was 8.99 for combo. Read another review below same issue, they over charge, avoid this place
