Most incompetent a&w ive ever experienced… ordered a teen burger and received 2 buns a patty and a tomato that out off all the topings i got to choose from tomatoes and pickles where the only i didn’t want on my burger and i get disrespected like this… terrible service how can you be open for 24/7 and not have all ingredients ready in stock… manager of this place is unresponsible and has no idea of how to successfully run a business/fast food chain. If you are running a 24/7 business ypu must be smart enough to understand that you must have all ingredients in STOCK INCOMPETENT SLOW MANAGER IN CHARGE…

The staff during evening shift here really need to improve their customer service. The washrooms weren’t actually “blocked,” as they initially claimed, and they only told me where they were after I said I’d place an order. They also tend to ignore customers, and even something as simple as asking for a paper bag took several minutes.

I ordered a classic breakfast and orange juice $15. Unfortunately, i saw the cashier applying butter to my toast without gloves. I don't understand why management isn't enforcing gloves, they are used everywhere for food or frequent handfasting and that wasn't happening. The orange juice was better than McDonald's. The toast was big and the bacon was moist and crunchy. The eggs were nice and a bit runny. Otherwise, the service was friendly and helpful.
