Pay attention to price. They charged me 14’48 for beyond meat burger combo. I checked price at other restaurant and it was 8.99 for combo. Read another review below same issue, they over charge, avoid this place

I asked to the cashier 5 times (if there was eggs, milk, dairy, butter) in new burger, he guaranteed that it was vegan and only vegetables and after tasting and having bad reaction we verified on their website and it wasnt vegan.
Disappointed & disappointing.
We called and no response.

As a North Carolinian, we do not have an A&W. But I looooove root beer. I was under the impression they had this on tap here or something.
But hey, at least after eating their food that was dryer than poppeys biscuit, I can at least down it with a carbonated soda, right? No. Their soda machine had no gas in it.

Worst A&W and possibly restaurant experience in general. The two staff members did not seem to master either English or French. Ordering was therefore very difficult. We tried to order items displayed on the walls, but no one knew what we were talking about. I was finally able to buy a teen with ruffles.
So I tried to use coupons but they didn't know how to scan them, giving them back to me and not attempting my polite request to add the items to the bill before scanning the coupon. I have tried them at other A&W branches and they worked without any problems.
It was also the worst burger I have ever had at an A&W, the lettuce consisted only of the white part. This and the chips were soft. The fries contained no salt, neither did my friend's.
The toilet was quite creepy and came with a punch hole in the wall. Overall a very strange experience.
