Very great respect for this small A&W with most often 2 employees who manage the rush with great sympathy and professionalism. Honestly you are lucky to have them, I don't know their names but they are two women, one at the counter and who also helps in the kitchen and one in the kitchen. Well done(We came to eat on February 5)

Lack of skill! We haven't even received half of our order! One guy didn't even respond well and ended up hanging up on me. In short, paid if you want to be disappointed in criss!

So I haven’t been to a fast food restaurant in probably over 10 years. I had a craving for a burger and decided to stop here at A&W. Well I see why I don’t go anymore because what I paid did not match what I received. The price was nearly 9 dollars for a mama sized mushroom burger and that’s just for the burger. I definitely will not be returning again.

1st time went back since over a year cos last time no one would take my order no one could speak any kind of French at franchiseI did make a review it must have been taken down sinceAnd this time I was served an uncooked burger...They replaced it with a fully cooked one but nah not going back there again or any other A&W

I love a&w. They have everything i look for in fast food: their all day breakfast sandwiches, the option to get any burger in a lettuce wrap instead of buns, and their chicken strips are addictingly good.Hot tip: get their root beer in a glass mug if you have the chance to sit down. It turns the drink into a kind of slush that's so refreshing! ?Their food is always fresh and it seems like they treat their staff well, because I've never had any cashier ever act out or give attitude towards me or those I'm with, even with specific requests. By far the most superior fast food chain. My only gripe is just that it's not so healthy to eat fast food every day, so when i treat myself every once in a while, you know I'm choosing a&w!

Great service from the late night staff. Very friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately I was missing my fries with my order but the service made up for it! Thank you!

Probably won’t be ordering from here again, at least not late. Not sure what happened but the food I got last night tasted so bad, old and overcooked maybe? Tasted like rubber or something. Onion rings were undercooked pretty undercooked and the batter was all dry and flaking off. And I got a coffee instead of root bear lol.

Today the cashier tried to scam me and pocket my $12.30 change! He was making small talk trying to distract me, I couldn't even get a chance to upgrade my fries to onion rings. He said I cannot change the fries when using a coupon which is not true, I've done it at other locations.Then he played dumb when I asked for my change. The lady in the kitchen seemed to be on it too, as she was acting awkwardly.Avoid this location at all cost. They try to withhold your CHANGE!
