I love a&w, but the burger I got was overcooked and not the quality that A&W usually delivers

My son had the chicken nuggets/fingers on Nov 29th 2025 that honestly looked quite sketchy and subsequently had food poisoning from it. He vomitted a total of 5 times during that same night. No diarrhea and symptoms completely resolved the next afternoon so this confirms the food poisoning hypothesis. I absolutely will stay away from this place.

We have always enjoyed burgers from here, but unfortunately due to our interaction with the workers in this one we think we might go elsewhere. After ordering we just wanted a cup of water, something we do in most places as we dont like sodas, and she insisted an additional charge was required and therefore got refused for it, what a joke

I just got my food and the workers were extremely mean for no reason.my order wasn’t even what I asked for and when I asked them to change it they said no while screaming at me. Overall the atmosphere wasn’t pleasing.

The staff who work here truly define integrity. I inadvertently left an item of great value on the counter. The staff noticed, tried to contact me and when that didn't work they moved the item for safe keeping. When I realized my error and returned, a new shift was working, my item was produced, verified as mine and returned to me. What could have been a disaster for me has made me appreciate the staff and their actions that day and has meant the world to me. Thank you, thank you, THANK-YOU!!!

I ordered a papa burger combo

my slices were burnt and soft as if I had had the bottom of a fryer

my sprite had no syrup, the syrup bag must have been empty so I just had sparkling water

the bread of my burger was dry and hard, probably an old batch of burger bread..

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this A&W restaurant and yet it is one of the fast food chain that I like the most.....

UPDATE: I received an email from HR who offered me a nice gift so a big thank you to them!
