I ordered a papa burger combo

my slices were burnt and soft as if I had had the bottom of a fryer

my sprite had no syrup, the syrup bag must have been empty so I just had sparkling water

the bread of my burger was dry and hard, probably an old batch of burger bread..

VERY DISAPPOINTED with this A&W restaurant and yet it is one of the fast food chain that I like the most.....

I ordered at this A&W to grab a bit of food quickly before the Laronde fireworks. I did not take any pictures because I was in a rush. It was the only food shop in the court that was willing to let me order food at 8h55 when every store closed at 9. I ordered two chicken wraps and one onion rings. Let me tell you: it was delicious. I usually get wraps from Tims and they are way less tasteful than the ones at A&W. I will definitely come back for their wraps. Additionally, A&W onion rings are just iconic, and I definitely recommend it to all. Not only the food was delicious but the service was also great. The lady who brought the food was exceptionally kind. She gave one extra chicken wrap and chicken strip because they were closing. I was famished and am incredibly grateful for more food. Conclusion: Food great, customer service even better !

I ordered kids menu in franchise A&W in Eaton Center and they charged me for two dollars extra for the same menu. I told the cashier this was our menu in Ottawa, Quebec and almost everywhere in Vancouver, but both cashiers said the systsm is set to charge extra while you customize your order. They should be like everywhere!

The saleswoman took the fries from the trays waiting for customers and ate them in front of us, they are constantly on the cell phone, the waiters touch their hair and after the products, the counter is dirty.
As for the quality, I won't say anything because it's fast food from a chain so I didn't expect to enjoy it.
