Food was bad. Actually, I ordered a double chicken buddy burger, I would put my hand in fire that it's FAKE chicken. The texture is all squishy and nasty as if you're eating some weird rubber.

Terrible service, I bought 4 Uncles burger combos and the young man who served me wanted to keep two glasses of my soda and I complained to him when I got home I looked and I only had 1 of the fries and they didn't didn't put bacon on the burgers, super abusive!

Very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered with Uber this evening for a value of around $130 Entire family meal.
The Chubby Chicken burger was missing. I therefore requested a refund on the UberEats platform and it was refused, indicating that this order was not eligible for reimbursement, even if I did not receive one of the items. This is extremely disappointing. I paid 18.47 for this combo and didn't even get the burger.
It's literally stealing. They sell you a product that they do not provide in the order and then there is no way to get a refund from UberEats or the restaurant.
I filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Office with the invoice and photos as proof of what we received.
