Ordered a Deluxe poke bowl on Uber Eats. Got my order within a few minutes of it being prepared, so the food was fresh. Very happy about the quality of the salmon after having been disappointed by a lot of low quality sushi in Montreal. The ingredients were very fresh. Sauce was tasty as well.The only reason this isn't my favorite bowl is the texture of the rice and the balance of the ingredients. The texture of the rice was a little off. It didn't seem like high quality sushi rice as I'm used to having in poke bowls. There was also a very big layer of fried tempura bits between the salad and the rice. They didn't get too soggy but one was so hard I couldn't bite through it. Also felt there was very little rice and more salad compared to other places.Overall, fresh ingredients, creative toppings, and generous portions. But the proportions of ingredients could be more balanced and the rice better quality. That said, I did enjoy my food and would recommend coming here.
Very friendly staff and extremely clean and hygienic. All of them wore gloves and the place was sparkling clean. The food was also very delicious and the portions generous. Definitely repeat.

Expected a bit more from this place.Always to try, but never had chance.Ordered Deluxe Poke. The flavor started pretty good and tasty, but not even into half of the bowl all the taste was gone, just tasteless rice, greens, green beans, raw salmon. They either did not put enough sauce or it is normal sauce only lasted couple of bites even after mixing it. Tasted very dry.So I ended up throwing 25% left of the dish because it had literally no taste left.On top of that had cramps after eating and pardon me for my french had to run to bathroom 30 min later. This NOT my first poke bowl and definitely not first time eating raw salmon.Otherwise great service and nice atmosphere.So careful what you order.
