I went for breakfast this Wednesday morning with a friend. Usually i visit with my family on the weekend so this was my first weekday visit. Service was great. I was greeted by Fatma with a cup of coffee. When I said we were to be 2, she brought 2 menus and a couple of glasses of water.
Fatma was one of the best servers on your staff. Watching the others serving clients I was impressed. That is why I go and enjoy your service and food.
I am sure that you get people who complain on all kinds of things, but you should get a well done too.

My two friends and I are from Ottawa. We came to Montreal for a street dance festival called JOAT (Jack of All Trades), and today was our last day before heading home. We decided to eat at Allo Mon Coco before catching our ride back, and all I have to say is that the service was excellent. The food came quickly, at the perfect temperature, and it was delicious, all thanks to the cooks. A big thank you as well to our waitress, Christina, who was very attentive, regularly checking in to make sure everything was good and refilling our coffee when needed. She works hard, is very polite, responsive, and always smiling. We truly appreciate her and the cooks. Thank you!

The clientele service has really gone to hell we were served terribly all kind of mistakes in our order and at the end we were told that’s the way it is today😱😡

Service horrible, waited too long for the food. The scrambled eggs were not scrambled, they don’t know how to do it… very disappointed!

Service was not friendly and lacking; had two pieces of thin tomatoes smashed; had to ask many times to get mustard; even asked for more coffee which never came.

Great brunch today. … we were served by Christina … she was very patient with our table even though the restaurant was full … she explained the menu choices very clearly … kudos to her … and at the same time she was training a new employee … we got all what we ordered. It was a great visit.

I'm a frequent customer at Allo (Décarie), where I'm often served by Amanda, as I was earlier today.

As usual, her service was prompt, professional, very polite, with a smile - five stars all around 👍👌👏

I like here😍 sometimes they don’t have good service but I still like it 😋🩵

Food is always plenty and doesn't disappoint BUT they should NOT be charging extra for almond milk with our coffee when it costs the same in stores and even Tim's and Starbucks are not allowed to charge extra anymore for milk alternatives.
Many people have lactose issues (like myself).
That's just not right!

Food Service Staff are all 5 stars. Great quality good portions and the staff are amazing..smiling , courteous pleasant and patient.

Great choice for breakfast lunch.
