Everything is phenomenal at this allo mon coco plateau; excellent early bird special menu with nice variety and reasonable price. I ordered egg, bacon, with fruit crepe, and the fruits are really fresh and tasty. Ordered extra English cream. Nice impeccable service and very clean dining environment. Highly recommended

Good portions and quality.
The waitress took too long to take our order… but also there was a lot clients for 3 waitresses.
I ordered the Mexican casserole, the meat had no taste, it would be good to add a little more salt. The smoothies 10/10
In general, was good.

Large group of 12 people with children, we waited a good twenty minutes before our orders were taken. The waitress, although friendly, had difficulty understanding French AND English. Once our orders were taken, we had to wait almost 2 hours before being served (including glasses of water and filter coffee). Mistakes in orders, tiny portions and cold eggs. In short, a brunch that tasted like you won't come back.
The cherry: the waitress who tells us that we are not priority for food because there are Ubers to prepare in the kitchen. Long story short, we paid for food and only food. Next time, I will go to another branch where the service is much better and the welcome warmer.

The service at this location is terrible waited 20 mins for some one to take my order, no one offered coffee or water I had to ask, for these things. The staff moves no purpose, especially on the a Sunday when people are here for brunch yes it's busy and you know it will be busy on a Sunday please have more staff . The wait here is awful.

Could have used twice the staff. 1h30 still not served.
And for some reasons the person that designed the placed decided on some kind of open kitchen. It’s so awesome to ear that the blender is working well…
By the way while after 90min we still haven’t been served, we have seen a good dozen delivery guys receive big orders.
Management got no respect for clients that come in their restaurant

I had a disappointing experience here. Upon arrival, we waited 15 minutes before anyone attended to our table. After placing our order, we had to wait another 10 minutes to flag someone down for water, as no one had offered us any. The service continued to falter: the waitress forgot several of our drinks and we had to request items we had already ordered.
When the food arrived, it was cold, and part of my order was missing. I specifically asked for hollandaise sauce on the side, but the sauce that was eventually brought to me was cold. My friend’s Copenhagen eggs Benny lacked capers, and when she asked for some, the waitress casually mentioned that she “forgets sometimes.”
Throughout the meal, there was no sincere apology or acknowledgment of the missing items. The situation worsened when we went to pay; the waitress noticed that some of us didn’t leave a tip and responded rudely, asking if we didn’t like the service. When we explained our reasons, including cold food and poor service, she indignantly claimed that she had to pay out of her own pocket for our meals and that not tipping affects her income.
The lack of professionalism and poor service were extremely disappointing. I will not be returning to certainly won’t be recommending it to others.

Where do I even begin, this is the worst allo mon coco I’ve ever been to. I really wish I could leave no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. The service was horrible and the food was horrible. Literally no redeeming qualities. The waitress forgot a total of 8 things for our table. I ordered the salmon Eggs Benedict, and when I pointed out that they had forgotten my capers the waitress says “oh yea she forgets sometimes”. Our food came out very cold (no one likes cold eggs), stiff, and missing the sides we asked for. My friends crepe was crispy and could be used as a musical instrument. The best part of the experience was when the waitress brought us each our 40$ bills and watched us pay (no one tipped), half way through our table she stops and says “you didn’t like the service?” , we weren’t sure if what we heard was correct so we asked her to repeat. She said it again, so we explained all the issues we had, and instead of understanding and apologizing she looked at us and said “well if you don’t tip then I lose money because I have to tip out”. To say the least we were extremely shocked at her behaviour considering she didn’t speak to us once during our experience. She was rude and dry and should not be serving. I’m gonna be nice and not name drop her but please be careful going to this location because it is horrible.

I was a little disappointed with the service: no glasses of water, no coffee refills, feeling of not being welcome (we were a group).
