Its was amazing service for me i was doing uber during i got pancer my e cycle and and I opened the google maps and saw this shop when i called the told me to come there go there and and repair my cycle its was just taking small time and resolve this problem i was ti much happy and able to continue my work again the staff and workers was to much friends and cheaper rate i thanx to lots

We rented cargo e-bikes on a visit to Montreal with our kids. It was so fun! The workers are so kind and helpful. They gave us some great tips on places to go on the bike path (like the F1 track). The bikes themselves were in perfect condition.

Excellent customer service, kind and caring staff. My family and I rented bikes from Allo Vélo on the 30th. We rented a mix of regular bikes, e-bikes and a cargo e-bike for my dad who has Parkinson’s and struggles with his balance. Only 20 minutes into our ride an unknown cyclist was going way too fast under an overpass, lost control and crashed right into my dad knocking him to the ground and damaging a wheel on the cargo bike. Luckily my dad was ok and just shook up from the incident. We called Allo Velo immediately to notify them of the crash and the damage to the wheel. They told us to hang tight and would deliver us another cargo bike to our location. 15 minutes later they arrived with a new bike for my Dad so we could continue our sightseeing with no interruption and even offered to extend our rental time an extra hour free of charge! Biking is a great way to see Montreal, we rode to the formula one track and did some laps. I highly suggest Allo Velo and we look forward to renting from them again next summer!

We had such a great rental experience. We reserved online and rented a Trio Mono for the day. It was very agile and cool looking and fit our family well. The staff focused on us and made sure we had a safe route and some places to visit.
On return, we were looking at kids bikes and decided to buy one on the spot after great customer service and willingness to make it work for our schedule. Lamar delivered the packed bike directly to our hotel because we didn’t have an easy way to move it.
Highly recommend, will come again.
