I read reviews before I went here to eat.
The seat cushions are all newly upholstered and look very good, I really like the gray, it fits the store very well.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the young woman who served me answered all my questions and was very polite, thank you very much.

I had the Sunday menu, it was delicious and I would come back to eat here any time. I liked the burger by far better than the 5 types, much juicier and tastier.

The fries were interestingly seasoned, in a good way. I think it tasted Mediterranean. How about creating a matching burger to go with it? E.g. something with dried tomatoes with Camembert and rocket or something with tomato pesto or herb pesto?
And for your Swiss burger, try raclette cheese, it's spicier and has a nice melt and a fried egg on top.

1 suggestion for improvement: according to the website, Sunday is the Nostalgia Burger specialty of the day. When I was in the restaurant, it was the cheddar that I ordered.
There is a discrepancy between the website and your restaurant.

Best burger in town

A star not for the food but for the service! I ask for a burger and I ask for an extra soup that I'll pay for just because I have to break my Ramadan fast after a long day! The gentleman at the checkout tells me the soup is exclusive for the 4-person formula! I tell him I'm fasting and I want some soup that I'll pay for it, he still refuses! I remind you that it is the holy month, the month of compassion. My experience was in the downtown branch, on Saturday I left my review for the West Island branch, it was a mistake. It was in the city center that I had this experience I withdraw my opinion of West Island

The reason why I’m giving this establishment a one star review is due its lack of accessibility. The restaurant is located in a new building but there is no door opener, so if you are in a wheelchair or other use any other mobility device and do not have a lot of strength, you will need someone to be with you to open the door for you. A customer living with a disability mostly like can’t come into the restaurant by themselves. There are many possible solutions such as installing a door bell or a ring camera that would allow customers with disabilities access to the restaurant that respect their independence and autonomy. Please do better and try to make your establishment more accessible for as many people as possible.

The choice of burgers is interesting. I opted for the cheddar and a side of poutine. The burger was delicious and juicy. Large portion poutine, with just enough sauce and cheese. The fries could be improved and the sauce, I found it very salty. Large dining room, some benches could use some updating. Right next to the Guy metro station, very easy to access. Excellent service, very friendly staff.

I placed an order online and they canceled my order BUT took my money. I called their support number and the employees were unable to help. I was given their managers number but he did not pick up. I was told I would get my money back within 24-48 hours and still nothing. BE AWARE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ONLINE.

I have been to this place twice, and I adore it. Such friendly efficient staff, about a 10/15 minute wait, but it’s made FRESH. Super delicious burgers, and I love that you can replace the patties with a vegetarian alternative. I highly suggest the cheddar burger, although it’s quite rich lol. The jalapeño poppers with the chipotle sauce are genuinely the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many in my day. Also the Oreo milkshake is divine. Totally recommend going here asap!!

Vegetarian options: You are able to replace all of the beef patties with a beyond meat patty.

Worst service, I made an uber order and was trying to contact the restaurant repeatedly at least 20 times! They picked up the phone so they no longer received calls as if the phone line was tied. I hope the owner will crack down on this employee. What is this lack of professionalism? What is this service!!! I only contacted them to remove a sauce from my burger!!!! It's insane! Worst experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
The situation happened on February 20 at 6:00 p.m., go check your employees!!

The food was great—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, the service could use some improvement. Small details matter, like when a customer asks for ketchup, it would be better not to be stingy and only hand out two or three packets. A more generous and customer-friendly approach would enhance the overall dining experience. With a bit more attentiveness from the staff, this place could be even better!
