I went to Alma twice during my 4 day trip to Montreal. I had the hulk salad and both the detox & cloud smoothies. Everything was delicious. Also the staff were really kind, and able to help me out since I don’t speak French fluently. The location and the vibe inside the cafe is really trendy and bright. I would definitely go back to Alma when I’m back in Montreal.

Ended up in this spot twice over a long weekend in montreal. Sandwiches are very filling, I got the classic and Italian. The coffee is also pretty good but the Sandwiches are the best!

Visiting Montreal 2 weeks in a row on business, Alma Cafe was my go-to for a healthy salad every day. I absolutely love how they offer build-your-own salad options in both English and French. Behind the scenes, the owner and his colleagues are working on each dish with meticulous care and craft. Everything is handmade and veggies are hand cut. You can taste how fresh everything is. One day I did indulge in their homemade chocolate chip cookies. Also excellent; a perfect balance of sweet and salty. I highly recommend Alma Cafe for locals and tourists alike!
