I'm picky with my Shish Taouk/Shawarma joints and I've never been disappointed with the quality of the food nor with the service. In fact, I would rate them way above average in those categories. I'm not sure what people's expectations are, and I'm certainly not going to judge others for their experiences, but all I can say is this place has been consistently good for me.

A SHAME - THE WORST RESTAURANT! I have NEVER had such a disastrous experience in a restaurant. Their shawarma? A joke. There was almost no chicken, only salad, it was cold, and completely inedible. It was SO BAD that I didn't even eat it, I threw it straight in the trash.
When I called to complain, the staff was incredibly MEAN. I was told that it was the person on the phone herself who made the sandwich – if true, a message to the owner: FIRE THIS PERSON IMMEDIATELY. She has NO idea what shawarma is or how much respect customers are owed.
It was such a lousy experience that I recommend you NEVER set foot in this place. A shame for the restaurant! RUN AWAY!

We were regular at this place but have not ordered from there in over a year.
Unfortunately our most recent experience was not a good one. Food tasted ok, portions were good, however two out of the three people that had the Shish Taouk platter for lunch, fell sick over night and needed about 24 hrs to recover.
As much as we always liked ordering takeout from this particular Amir Location, it will not be a repeat for us ever again.

Not sure why there are mixed reviews. Food was delicious and fresh. Potatoes were freshly baked. One of the best Amir location that we have tried. Highly recommended. Do not get fool about negative reviews and try on your own.

My son and I had the two shish taouk for $12.99 for lunch, they were good but the turnip was too hard and the chicken was too salty. I took with this $12.99 + TX or $14.94, two more drinks. Do not take the drinks because they are not included and the can of coke is $3.49 + TX or $4!! and the bottle of water $2.49+TX or $2.85!! For a total of drinks at $6.85, the price of a shish taouk!!! Total bill $22.

I went to place an order, but due to a delay, I had to leave. When I mentioned I was in a hurry, the employee responded with a rude attitude. As I decided to leave because of their lateness and unprofessional behavior, they muttered a derogatory remark in Arabic( ايري بهيك عالم ), assuming I wouldn't understand.
Is this the kind of customer service they practice in Lebanon? Is this how they're trained to treat customers? It's disappointing, especially when I remember the much better service under the previous management. To make matters worse, the employee even followed me out of the restaurant in a confrontational manner. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
And to the rude employee, I dare you to post the cam footage supporting my claim.
