My visit to Amir was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter, so I called out for someone then an older man came out and immediately started arguing with me for no reason. He was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking in manners.
When he finally made my shawarma, he threw it together with awful toppings, and the sandwich was cold and tasteless. He even handed it to me in an aggressive way, as if he didn’t care at all. The entire experience was uncomfortable and upsetting I honestly felt like if I hadn’t walked away, things could’ve gotten worse.
Please do something about that grumpy old man. No customer should ever be treated like that.
