I just bought some chicken today, one of the pieces was rare! This is never seen before!! Usually the food is edible!!
Terrible customer service. There's just one girl who makes sense when I go there. Plus EVERY time I pay extra for meat it's like I'm asking for charity. You want to charge people extra for not even two more pieces is RIDICULOUS. I pay, I don't ask, this is the third time the same girl has done this to me. If you want to have a quantity or a portion of food or does it respect what you pay to beware you say. This is a dish I paid for extra. I was told that they would have given me less which is a lie because I am used to paying for extra but this girl who I don't know her name is always acting as if she is the one paying for my food.

PLEASE NOTE, you cannot eat on site, it is not a restaurant, it is a Haitian food manufacturer. But you can get takeaway meals there and it’s delicious. Also remember for your parties, you can buy large quantities (in a “rotisserie” dish), catering style.
