If I could give zero star I would.
I will never come back here and will make sure to tell my friend about my experience.

The owner, Turkish, is very rude and unpleasant not only to customers but to staff as well.
The lady Manager, Turkish as well, (not sure if she is related to the owner) was very mean to her staff. I felt very bad for them. Three other customers noticed it the same time.
One customer asked her to step Outside to talk to her about it.
My husband and I knew because he heard me talk to my husband about it when we left and were still standing outside, so he approached us to tell us he noticed the same thing and this why he was talking to her outside.

I feel bad for the staff who work there. I am sure they will not last.

The first time we visited this restaurant was great, however our second visit was not the great. The kabob was not cooked well like our first visit. The service is kind of awkward, I know they are busy but the lady at the cash always rushes you and has an awkward attitude. Consistency is the key to repeat customers. I like their lamb kabob sandwiches. Hopefully they will be consistent. I will give them another shot. Before I stop going. It is not cheap. The sandwiches are pricey, so it better be consistent and well cooked.

I agree with the other reviews, the wait time is too long for one sandwich. I waited 25 minutes for a sandwich, and when I asked when I could expect my order, they gave me a sandwich that they had made for someone who never picked up their order, so it was cold. Also, $12.50, for a small sandwich is not worth the wait, service or the price.

It’s clean and fresh, all homemade. Their chicken is really tasty, probably the best kebab they have. The only downside is during busy times… you might end up waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a kebab that’s about the size of a burger.

Really awesome place and I got food there a few years back and spend the whole time looking for it! I live what they did with it and even though they are busy they take time to welcome you! A spot not to miss for sure!

Guys, run, don't walk, to the best kebab you will find downtown! From the first bite, I was hit with a medley of flavours: from the flame-grilled chicken to the fresh-baked bread to the crispy vegetables. I was in pure bliss. Highly recommended. It's a short walk from Métro Guy-Concordia station. It's definitely worth a visit.
