The store is popular and crowded but it’s for a good reason, it’s rich of a variety of quality products. I decided to try one of their yogurts and it didn’t disappoint (Ferme Vallée Verte!). It’s more on the expensive side but it’s worth it once in a while. +The people working there are always smiling

Absolutely enraged by the service of one barista who was aggressive and rude. Ruined a wonderful first and last time at this cafe. If a staff member is having a bad day….stay at home. Don’t take it out on customers.

The food is excellent but many of the employees are extremely stupid - they don't say hello, don't look at you while serving you, no smile or human and cordial exchange. Weekends are hell - they don't seem to have a system that tells people where to go. People line up for coffee and sandwiches without knowing that they can skip the line if they only want pastries. Every time I leave Arhoma I have the same thought “damn it’s good, but damn it’s an unpleasant experience”.

The products are fresh and super good. But the service is bad. Nowhere explain how it works. My first time in this store, I paid for a coffee with the takeaway cashier. She told me to wait. After 10 minutes, another customer's coffee was already served, I approached the cashier to ask her where mine was. She responded sharply and almost shouted at me that everyone had to wait. that your turn will come and move me away from the cash register! I was shocked by his gratuitous aggression. I waited another 5 minutes, knowing that all the other customers who arrived afterwards were served. My friend checked directly with the coffee service, I was told there was no order in my name!!! Then the waiter explains to me, it's me who must place the order directly with him. But it is neither indicated nor explained by the cashier/waiter how things work in this store! I am very disappointed by the service of the cashier who "yells" at customers under the pretext that there are people!!!!!

I love this place! The staff is smiling, the atmosphere is good... But that’s not all, the food is incredible! Whether it's a small cruffin or a frozen chicken pot pie.. OMG. I have never been disappointed with my experience at Arhoma! My kids love it☺️
A must-see bakery in this area also offering excellent other products including delicious cheeses. When the weather is nice, there are tables outside where you can eat or drink a coffee with one of their products. I think I tasted a chocolate muffin containing beetroot... We went back often!

The service is long, because there are not enough cash registers or employees (both?). Can you additionally use an “independent moneris” and hire someone who can collect fast payments in line?

Unfortunately, my experience at Arhoma is always very disappointing. As an early riser customer (I'm there at opening), when I have a person who serves me with a baboune every morning let's say it's a bad start to the day. At the barista and the bread station, no problem, the employees. are always welcoming and smiling, but that gets worse when paying. No smiles, no thanks, no goodbyes, or even have a nice day. It is very disappointing when we know that the staff have very good working conditions. Just a little effort on their part would make all the difference and so much more enjoyable. The people concerned will recognize each other. That said, this review is not intended to point fingers and is not intended to take an accusatory tone, but to speak on behalf of early-rising customers who want to start their days with joy and kindness. On that note, happy croissant!
