The restaurant has a nice, elegant atmosphere, but the seating is quite close together, which can feel a bit cramped. Our dishes also took longer than expected — we ordered around 3:30pm, but the food only arrived close to 4:00pm, leaving us waiting about 30 minutes. Since the restaurant closes at 4:00, we ended up eating quite quickly in a nearly empty dining room, which felt a little rushed. The food itself was tasty, but service speed and timing could definitely be improved.

Always drop in when we're on Montreal. The food and service are always amazing. Its always a must go when in Montreal. There always busy so show up a little early, wait is usually about 20mins.

Didn’t mind the wait of 125 people in front of me. But the food is disappointing. The piece of chicken that I got was full of fat. The pancakes not cook all the way. Definitely try going somewhere else.

May I suggest putting a crowd control cord to keep the people who are waiting in line from occupying the entire with of the sidewalk?

Camille was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us warmly with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive, checked in on us often, and made sure our drinks were always full. She knew the menu well and gave great recommendations that we really enjoyed. She managed a busy section effortlessly while still making us feel like a priority. Excellent service that made our dining experience so much better.

The only thing I really didn’t like is the coffee not including the breakfast , $4.50 for the coffee extra not including the breakfast I found it booboo maybe I go again I’m not sure
The coffee more expensive than Starbucks,
however the place is amazing so clean it’s just didn’t like to pay $4.50 on the top of my $22 breakfast,

We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had a lame experience. We were seated outside and forgotten about for 10 minutes. The waitress came back, spoke to us about blueberry pancakes and left for another 10 We ordered the breakfast sandwich, the roast beef and latkes. Food was dropped off and we were never checked on - hence my review.

I would have given this feedback if anyone would have come to check on us in person. We needed more napkins, and water. The latkes were not hot, they were old and hard to cut through; the breakfast sandwich was barely even room temperature, the roast beef was legitimately hard to eat. The meat was butchered badly, cold as ice, and had no seasoning. The meat was literally impossible to chew, and ultimately, unappetizing. I couldn’t help but wonder if anyone in the kitchen has ever eaten this because it was genuinely bad 😭

Also, for anyone reading this review, no espresso at this spot which is a bit of an interesting choice for a breakfast place? The filter is good and refills are free, however, it’s practically $5 for filter coffee.
Overall, I’m saddened by this experience but not too surprised that it turned out to be overhyped and overpriced.

We came to Montreal for a visit and Arthur’s was by far the best breakfast we’ve ever had. We’re big foodies from Toronto and have tried countless spots, but this one truly stands out above the rest. The breakfast sandwich was out of this world—we loved it so much we had to order a second! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The brunch was really tasty and enjoyable — great flavors and fresh products.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the coffee menu, which felt underdeveloped. It would be nice to have real barista-style coffee options. Also, the dessert menu could use more variety.

Arthurs Nosh Bar is a great place for brunch. I wanted to bring my uncle there to taste their delicacies, and have an experience (since we are both foodies). Their challah bread sandwiches are loif especially the schnitzel. As well, the fluffy banana syrnikis are mouthgasmic😋.

My only qualm was, there was a couple who brought their dog, and even though the restaurant provided a container of water for their dog, the couple insisted on having their dog drink water from their respective glasses. This was so disgusting and unsanitary. This is the only reason my overall rating is at 3 stars. For the sake of hygiene and cleanliness, animals should not be allowed on the terrace. However, now that St. Henri is gentrified, this is the new normal.
