Today I ordered a large pizza for $30 and when paying the gentleman added a 15% tip for me without asking me my choice!! I find that unacceptable… and it was a take-out order too! I don't understand

I called to ask if I could order a pizza with half cheese, half pepperoni. The man who picked up wouldn’t even let me get my question out. As soon as I said I had a question, he said “I don’t know. My boss is here in 1 hour.”
I tried to ask if I could order half cheese, half pepperoni, but he interrupted my question and said “my boss is here in one hour, bye!” And hung up on me.
I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t difficult. I didn’t say anything mean…I don’t understand why I was hung up on. The place opens at 11 and the boss won’t be there till noon…I wanted to have pizza at my office by noon because everyone has to go back to work at 1 pm…
This was very poor service and I am disappointed. I order from this restaurant on DoorDash frequently and will say again that the food is great.
It’s too bad I can’t get any food because of their poor service…

It took 2 hours to receive my pizza, the delivery driver didn’t have any change. Pizza arrived cold, when I called to complain they told us we couldn’t get a discount . Very unsatisfied with the service !!!

Depending on when you call, you may find a receptionist who speaks French or English. The food is excellent and the toppings on the pizzas are generous. The burgers are delicious and the club sandwiches have a good portion of chicken and bacon. Delivery time is generally between 30 minutes to 45 minutes except bad weather and unforeseen rush. All the delivery people I have had are polite and respectful.

Of course, I ordered pizza from other restaurants several times to compare, but it was not comparable to Atlas Pizza in terms of quality and price.
