Ordered a pizza at 530 and it arrived at 6:45. I live about a 3 minute drive from the location. Definitely would just pick up next time so I could get a pizza that is still warm.

Ordered a 7 inch sub steak peperonito EAT INSIDE, room waa not full it was only 1 other client, and the food arrived in 1h20 mins, kind of an insane wait time for a submarine.

Their pizza feels homemade, with fresh and much ingredients, and it doesn’t taste like the big chains. We’re big fans of the Mexican pizza over there!
It’s a small shop with a lot of demand, so it can take a bit longer to get your pizza. But we love it so much! That's why we always pick it up ourselves because it’s totally worth it!

I ordered a pizza Philly Stakes on their websites at 2:00 and I received it at 4:08 . It was insane. no responsibility. They did not connected me to the manager either.
I placed an order last Sunday on their website and prepaid. After waiting over an hour, we got a called from them saying that their was an error with our order, informing us that they made a pepperoni pizza instead of our quebecoise. We told them that we would not like to accept this substitution and since we had already waited over an hour, we wanted to cancel for a refund. The person I spoke with on the phone said that would be fine but I still have not received a refund. Since I know that sometimes it can take a few days to process, we waited until today to contact them. My spouse called them on my behalf and the person on the phone denied that we never received our pizza. Completely terrible customer service and I would not recommend.

Today I ordered a large pizza for $30 and when paying the gentleman added a 15% tip for me without asking me my choice!! I find that unacceptable… and it was a take-out order too! I don't understand
