Ordered the great griot. Sticky rice and pork are delicious and well cooked. However, it should be noted that the meat is dry. The macaroni salad was good. The plantains were okay, nothing more. The pikliz didn't seem fresh.

The food is good but I took a "medium grillo>> it had 5 pieces of meat and little rice very disappointed with the portions which continue to be reduced $18.90 with a small champagne cola I will not return

We were hungry so we stopped there, clean, sunny place but the cafeteria service was not very customer-friendly when our dishes were ready we were told: "come and get your dish" it was mediocre and very expensive also $49. My husband tipped me, I would have left nothing for such poor service. Good griot dish, the rice was perfect just well cooked, not dry as is often the case, from which I conclude that the quality of the food is good. My husband's joumou soup was good too. Do I recommend this canteen... subject to reservation, kitchen yes service no and expensive.

Very bad customer service, the worst! I have never seen something like that… The cashier was screaming at me because I didn’t have US Canadian. I am from US and went to visit a friend. On my way back, I stopped by to order something to eat. Once the food was ready, I swiped my card, it got declined because it was a US debit card. Then I had US dollar, she said they don’t take US $ either. I didn’t have Canadian currency and she wanted me to give her $58 us when the food only cost $58 Canadian. I went to many restaurants and they took my debit card with no issue. I advised them to upgrade their system like the other restaurants and to improve their customer service. Also, the food presentation was really bad. This lady needs to be trained.

Griot plate was great , rice was flavorful and fried pork was tender . Plantains were fresh and not stale . Only thing is that the Pikliz is too vinegary. 8.6/10
