The breads are soft, the flours are organic, and there are some 100% sourdough options, without commercial yeast. In my opinion, Beaubien sourdough bread with whole flour is by far the best bread I have tasted in town. The pastries are excellent too.
In short, I am very happy to have this bakery in the neighborhood
