Disappointment- regarding the service provided for our recent event at McGill University. The order, scheduled to arrive between 4-5 PM, was incorrectly delivered with someone else’s order. Despite assurances that the correct order would be sent, by 5:45 PM there was no delivery, and our attempts to reach you via phone, email, and text went unanswered. The person who was waiting in the room from 4 pm until 6 pm could have gone home and not waited for no reason on a Friday night.
Given the circumstances and the time-sensitive nature of our event, we had no choice but to cancel the order. Adding to our frustration, we did not receive any communication or apology following the incident.
