A legend (Bob and Mike=B&M) in the neighborhood for decades. Tasty moist grilled 2 stick pork souvlaki platter (undoubtedly better than my last visit at the Villa du Souvlaki) came with generous Greek salad, rice and delicious freshly made fries. Very satisfying. Shrimp cocktail is made with big shrimps. Clean well-kept premises, nice tiled floor and bar wall. Terrace open when weather permits. Pleasant smiling waitress, knowledgeable, multilingual. Will return w/o hesitation. Has alcohol permit.Parking: In front of the restaurant or on adjacent residential streets

My husband and myself and my mother in law had intensions on going for breakfast today. When we got there, a sign in the door read closed due to fire. However the hours were not update on google to read closed until further notice.

The customer service is terrible. I once ordered on the phone for a pick up she answered in a very rude way, in fact she was giving attitude for no reason. I did not finish ordering she ended the call, in addition, she was mad, because I asked a question concerning the food I wanted to order.

The worst place and worst manager everI will never deal with themThey did a mistake and delivered me 10' pizza instead of 12'Rude lady refused to fix the situation and threatened calling à medium if I don't pay ( I assume she would call the police)
The choice of music and its volume have made us stop going there. The wait staff and management claim they cannot turn the music down. I know many others who had a similarly negative experience due to the loudness of the music. Especially at breakfast. After years of frequenting this spot, we've spot and won't ever be returning.

I would give them 0 stars, not the first time they don't give me the complete order. This was the last straw. I don't have any desire to order again because of this. I'll drive back from pointe claire again tomorrow for a refund for the drinks and the tips, if they'll make it right, I might change my rating.

Do not order from this restaurant. My loyalty is done. Been going here for 30 years and I finally decided after tonight I can no longer order or dine there. A simple order of a submarine sandwich was not delivered. Was told the driver Made a mistake after I waited over an hour. Owner told me that she could make another one but it would be another hour . I had to call yo find out where my order was. At first she told me it was on its way then when I asked her to call the driver Shen then told me he made a mistake. Terrible service.. No joke this is 2nd time in A few months this has happened. I should ended it the last time but o like giving people 2nd chance especially since I have been ordering and dining there for many years. That’s all folks. I wish them good luck.

Other than the soggy, tasteless, sauce-out-of-a-can spaghetti we ordered, the owner yelling over the phone and then complaining about staff TO THE CUSTOMERS, the thing that made me decide to never return was the waitress started vacuuming around Us, while we were still eating...WTH
