We ordered a poutine and burger it was not edible and ended up in the trash
how can you do this to your customers? It's not a question of less or more salt, it's really quality potatoes good for the trash.

They offer ‘Buy 1 Get 1 Free’ on Uber Eats, but you are sneakily forced to take fries or poutine for a doubled price. Very, very shady, and ohers have complained as well. Owners are laughing at legitimate complaints. Too many fries seem cut out from rotten potatoes as well. Avoid!!

The amount of meat in Philly Steak was cut in half but the price remained the same. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, I do not recommend going there. We had 3 Philly Steaks and a regular burger for 64 CAD. Too expensive for nothing.

The food was delivered perfectly hot but it was soggy, the chicken wings way too sweet (like this cheap honey garlic sauces you can get in the stores) and undercooked.

False advertisement on Uber so I call him to figure it out and I hang up ..the guy calls me back later on talking to me with a very aggressive tone and call me names.. unbelievable. Bad manager They advertise for buy one get one free burger for 11.5 and then they make it a requirement to pick a side a fries or poutine for 10 dishonest way of luring customers in

I ordered on Uber as soon as almost all the comments are positive On Uber they put buy 1, Get 1 free but you have to buy french fries for 8$(4$ each) or poutine for 10$ each It was a requirement !!! Seriously!!! I have never seen that before in other resto what if ur customer doesn’t want any poutine or french fries?! We should buy it anyway?? And even the french fries are not good at all , no ketchup or mayonnaise with the french fries. the burger L’original is so normal ,I expected something better bcs it’s a burger restaurant Sorry but I had a bad experience honestly
