The bread was not good. The bad smell of burnt oil is everywhere. Meat of burgers didn't mix properly and the smell of meat is obvious.
Totally, my expectations were more of I experienced in B12.

Extremely flavorful burgers, I recommend them if you need a filling meal for the majority of the day 🌞 - the atmosphere/space could be improved, but to be fair, it's located underneath entrance stairs for other restaurants.

If you are extremely hungry, you should visit B12 Burger! Their burger sizes are huge and I made a mistake of getting the trio! I was hardly able to finish the burger and their were fries and unlimited refills of soft drinks with it. Me and my friend carried our beers and sat outside enjoying the weather!

I placed an order with Uber Eats at B12 Burgers. I had ordered crispy chicken, but what I received was chicken mixed with some beef. Now, I don't eat beef. Faced with this situation, I decided to contact B12 Burgers directly to report the problem.
I had a lady on the phone who simply replied: “These things happen. Sorry. » I calmly told him that I understood, but that I would either like a refund or receive my correct order, which was crispy chicken without beef. However, she told me: “Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. All I can do is apologize. »
When I asked for her name so I could reference her in my complaint, she refused to give it to me and reacted very defensively, repeating, “Why do you want to know my name? » From that moment on, she started accusing me of being disrespectful, which was not the case.
She put me on hold for about 10 minutes then came back with no solution and kept telling me there was nothing they could do. Finally, she hung up, thus ending the call without resolving my problem.
I find this customer service completely unacceptable. Despite the fact that I have been a loyal customer of B12 Burgers in Côte-des-Neiges for years, this experience was disappointing on every level. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant due to their inability to handle issues.
