The burgers were absolutely delicious – by far the best we’ve ever had! The portions are huge and almost impossible to finish, and the prices are very fair considering the size. The staff was very friendly and attentive. One small point for improvement: the tables could be wiped down a bit more often. Otherwise, highly recommended!

It is official there is a Burger war in NDG , And B12 Burger has stepped in with all grills blazing .. with burgers the size of game size foot ball and home made chips with the fries .. WHAT . For some reason these burgers are served in coffins and after the first nap 1/2 way through you'll come to realize why they did that . With friendly service and food quality so dammm good it's sure that this battle in NDG will be ongoing .. I would suggest not wearing a belt when having a B12 meal , spandex jogging pants . They have salad but I'm not the guy to tell you how a salad is from a burger place ..

I ordered some food ($60) in store, & while we were waiting for the order, a very HUGE pot of hot oil fell down on the floor where the burning hot oil was all over the kitchen and unfortunately the worker in the kitchen had sever skin burns. Due to this, they told us that they can't prepare our food and they will refund the money. Few weeks past, and I didn't receive the money. I called them multiple times, and finally the manager said that they can not refund the money, instead I can come and eat equivalent to the money that I paid! I told him that I live in the US and it takes me 17 hours to drive and reach Montreal, but still he didn't cooperate.
Finally I disputed and took my money back. I won't trust this vendor and their business.

Worst branch is this location. Always rude staff, dirty chairs and toilet, rotten burger I had to go to the ER last time. I thought they made a progress so I decided to visit it again. Nope still worthless.
I’ll never ever come to this branch again. Always loved the other branches they’re beyond respectful and always appreciate customers.
