Tucked into the heart of Montreal, Bagel Etc. totally exceeded expectations. I had the Eggs Benedict with goat cheese, spinach, and tomato—and it was perfection. The goat cheese added just the right tang, and the spinach and tomato balanced everything out beautifully on a perfectly toasted bagel.
