Bah! Café | Brazilian Coffee Shop

Horrible customer service and average coffee. Have given this cafe the benefit of the doubt two times. First try, no greeting or acknowledgement when placing an order. Second try, again no greeting despite my initiation, instead I was just stared at. Coffee is an experience, and decent soft skills is at the core of selling the experience. 0 all around.

Everyone here is so friendly! The atmosphere is so homey with the natural woods and plants scattered across the cafe! The quiche here is amazing and the drinks are refreshing and are amazing quality!

The ambience is very cosy and full of vibrant colored furniture. The staff was very kind and service is quick. We tried latte here and it tasted awesome - we'll be coming back for trying more!🫶🏻

We were very excited to visit this Brazilian coffee place since our Brazilian friends were raving about it during their visit to Montreal, but it was actually quite disappointing given the price of our bill. The pão de queijo in the bowls were super oily, the chicken pie was very dry and just didn’t taste good, and the coconut cake in the foil was a bit dry (moist if you compare to a regular cake but nothing like the Brazilian bolo gelado wrapped in foil). The corn cake was, however, incredible.
To be fair, we went there on a weekday expecting sandwiches like we had seen on Google Maps, which they don’t serve during weekdays, so we settled for what they had available. The service wasn’t really welcoming or friendly, the person behind the cashier barely greeted us. I think all in all, they could use some improvement. Most of the bad reviews I’ve seen here are answered by “we are sorry you feel this way” and nothing else, which sounds condescending lol
You guys are Brazilians, you can do better than that ;)

The middle-aged gentleman was so kind and welcoming! The whole team is absolutely lovely and makes me feel like part of the family. Their Brazilian coffee is so yummy! This is officially my new go-to spot in the area!

I absolutely love all their baked goods options. There’s definitely lots of room for improvements on their coffee though! Cheese bun and carrot cake with brigadeiro is sooo good.

It was such a cute coffee shop! Very pleasant and good service. They have a little outdoor patio on which you can enjoy the sun and people watching. ;)
