Extremely disappointing service. We had an appointment to pick up an order, but when we arrived they had completely forgotten to prepare it. After over an hour of waiting, they finally gave us the wrong order. What is even more shocking is the attitude of the manager: instead of apologizing, she simply said that she had simply followed the instructions received. An unacceptable experience. We will never set foot in this place again.
