The food was excellent, with the standout being the banh xeo, which had a perfectly crispy crust. Prices are a bit high ($19 for the regular banh xeo), but worth it if you’re craving quality Vietnamese cuisine.

My boyfriend and I ordered four dishes: bánh bèo, bánh bột lọc, bánh xèo, and mì quảng. I was especially impressed by the dipping sauces that accompanied the bánh xèo, bánh bèo, and bánh bột lọc — they were absolutely delicious and brought out the flavors perfectly.
In terms of authenticity, I’d give this place a 8.5/10. The taste took me right back to my childhood, just like the food I remember from Vietnamese street vendors. I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend this spot to anyone craving real Vietnamese flavors.
Pro tip: Anything on the menu that comes with fish sauce is bound to be amazing.

We've been looking for some authentic Vietnamese rice rolls in town, but not many still do them anymore. Banh Xeo Minh seems to be mainly specialized in rice rolls and they were excellent.
Their Banh Xeo was also very tasty, at first I found it weird that they cooked the shrimp with the shell but after trying it out, we liked it, they were soft shell shrimps and after pan frying it, the scrambled egg and shrimp were very crispy. Definitely try that out.
The food was good, portion wise, I wish they'd give you a tiny bit more? Value wise, is a 4 stars but tastes wise I ended up scoring Banh Xeo Minh a 5. We will come back another time to try their spicy soup next time.
They also sell their homemade (?) Cha Lua (Vietnamese pork roll) and is good. Recommended to try.

Bun mam is not bun mam but vermicelli cooked with fish sauce. Too expensive, not tasty and poor quality.

Crispy bánh xèo with tasty nước mắm and bánh cuốn đặc biệt really good. Also try the crispy rice and dried pork in the box for about $15/box. Service was good too!

Great banh xeo! Portions are big and the quality is consistent. The location is a little out of the way, but definitely worth the detour for delicious Vietnamese food.

One of a few places that makes bánh xèo. Great bún bò huế. Small little restaurant with excellent service. Will come back to support.
