Bar Bello is a fantastic addition to this section of Blvd. St-Laurent in Little Italy.
Open for one (1) year, the decoration transports us to a similar place in Milan or Rome, for a moment.
Superb selection of Negronis or variations of Negroni, the execution of the cocktails is impeccable thanks above all to a clever selection of top quality alcohols, some privately imported (including superb vermouths).
I love the nod to the bar staff in Italy in the 50s with their white coats, it looks very professional, it takes idiots to mistake it for a scientific laboratory coat.
During our visit, we toured the Negronis, the classic was the best, but our 4 cocktails were all excellent and meticulously executed (well done ?). The prices are high ($18 per cocktail) but the quality is also superior, the quality/price ratio is respected.
In closing, I have rarely been so delighted to go to the toilet, the decoration clashes with the rest of the decoration but it is a nice visual interruption.
Highly recommended.

Service was fabulous, and the negroni was delicious. I had the coffee flavored one from the machine. Fun way to get a drink. We didn't order food. We just had bar snacks.

Good cocktails and nice atmosphere. However, the service started very well but after a while our waiter never came back to see us, especially since we wanted to order more. Eventually we had to look for it so we could pay.
The cocktails are really well executed, the servers know their menu (which is unfortunately rare these days!) and the atmosphere is relaxed. I highly recommend!

Neat spot. Friendly staff. But during Aperitivo hour (5-7) you’re supposed to get olives. This is very hit and miss. Sometimes you get it sometimes you don’t it seems. Inconsistent as we didn’t get anything the last two time we were there while others around us did.

Expérience incroyable avec une touche d’humour et de magie d’enfant! Si vous aimez les negronis c’est un établissement incontournable. Vous avez l’embarras du choix : negroni classique, aux fraises, au chocolat, à la cerise, etc. Le service était splendide également, invitant et chaleureux. Il y avait même un DJ quand nous y étions (vraiment parfait pour une date btw).
