I was visiting downtown Winnipeg for the weekend and the Tipsy Cow happened to be right across my hotel. I decided to give it a try and when I tell you, they did NOT disappoint, they srsly did not!! I was so impressed by the quality of the food. I got their signature burger, with 2 sides: fries and Caesar salad. everything was great!! the burger bun was so soft and the fries were crispy, salad had a good amount of dressing and cheese 10/10 experience!! thank you all❤️🤤

I had a friend birthday party there. Nice venue, they had the usual foosball and pool. They were swamped because of the party size, so I'm guessing there's less people at the bar usually. Even so they were able to provide service (it was 1 bartender most of the time) with 20 etc people waiting sometimes.

The staff was very unfriendly and incompetent. We had to wait 30 minutes until we were served.
The bartender was drunk. Though she was nice in the beginning, there were two guys who seemed to be her friends and they harassed us to a point that we were scared for our lives and she didn’t even stop them. One other guy pulled out his phone and just started videoing us secretly for no reason. I’ll say it’s a dangerous place to go to and pretty unhygienic.

Stopped in for some bar grub and a drink before starting my Saturday night. No food, only drink. Saturday at 8pm. Service was good, atmosphere was fine for what it was, since having no food, had to go to another bar for dinner.

A little suspicious bar..very slow service..you have to go grav the waitress who is texting on her phone the whole time and tell her your orders.. At the back .. there were 5 tough guys who kept looking at us like they want to start a fight or something

Fair prices. It's not super clean or bright. And not always well attended. But it does the job when you need to have a drink with colleagues. There is a large terrace in summer which is still nice.
