I brought my sister here for her birthday and we were both very happy with the experience. All of the courses were delicious. The portions seem small at first but we were both full by the end of the night. I especially loved the panna cotta which I had never tried before.
The atmosphere was my favourite part; it is a very intimate setting with beautiful music and ambience.
If I could afford it, I would eat here every week. I will certainly be back.
Thank you, Barcola, for a great night!

Cute restaurant but ridiculously overpriced for what you get. At 65$ for 3 dishes, you expect haute cuisine which this is definitely not.

Went there in august, on a Wednesday for the apperitivo tasting menu, specified it on the booking but when I got there the lady told us that it's not available. Instead proposed us overpriced tomatoes with salt and olive oil (yes almost 30$ for uncooked tomates) and a spaetzle dish that's not even Italian in my repertoire. Music was too loud, i couldn't even hear the server talking and her recommendations. It was so deceiving I went to go get bagels afterwards to finish my meal. I had high hopes, but unfortunetly won't be back

Best restaurant on Parc Avenue!
I love this little neighborhood restaurant! The food is simple, authentic and tasty. The service is human, attentive and unpretentious. A small terrace allows you to enjoy the sunset. And yes, all this on Avenue du Parc! A secret too well kept.

This restaurant is a beautiful spot in Montreal, loved the decoration, and the owner and his wife are very friendly and nice. We went there in month of August and they had different menu compared to the rest of the year. I really liked tbe smoked salmon on grilles bokchoy. Panne cotta was too soft but the taste was nice and brownie was very nice. You need to book your table in advance.
