Stay away from this place. The chicken used in the sandwich was reheated from the day before. The meat was room temperature. I threw the sandwich in the garbage bin after confronting proprietors. They did not seem to care

big fan of Basha and this one is BY FAR my fav. a very friendly service and they're efficient on time. food is fresh and the place is always clean.

My family and I love basha, and we’ve been fans of the one on Jarry. This one however, is equally as good. Staff very friendly, and the shishtaouk was superb. We got two chicken plates and teo wraps and potatoes. They were generous with the garlic sauce and quick. Would come here as much as we go to the one at Jarry!

Plenty of parking bc it is located near mall, and plenty of space to sit!

The worst branch of Basha, the food is bad, the staff are unwelcoming

The men at the counter are always welcoming and friendly. If you go there enough they will Remember You. The food is always amazing, the portions are nothing to laugh at, we always have leftovers. And they are just as good as the fresh stuff. Nothing ever goes to waste.

All I can say is the guy with glasses that works there is a scammer and should be fired . Rude disrespectful we ordered a big order and he initially said pita breads come with it and when we got there he was fighting with us and did not give us the breads after a 200$ order . Anddddd he forgot the dressing for the salad ! Worst basha in Montreal hands down!

Hubby and I order from different Bashas quite a lot and oftentimes the food tastes stale, has zero flavour, the portions are tiny and service is not great. But this Basha is amazing. The staff is very friendly, portions are good, and food tastes so fresh and delicious. Will be going to this Basha from now on!

Until Last year I was going to eat there food was delicious and owner and employees very friendly and helpful. Yesterday I went again food was ( chicken shawarma) all black and baurned after serving I ask recevez he didn’t like and not Friendly and poli, I live to tip he wants to give back to tips
I think new owners or employees he’s really disgusting to trite he’s costumers for sure never go back to there 👎👎👎

Went there twice. Same thing. Cold, bland chicken, doesn't taste good, not worth the dollar. Never going again

Worst customer service ever! Didn't even get my order right, called the resto and the owner hung up on me! Never going to order here again!

They're liars. Received promotions in the mail and when ordered for delivery, they came with higher prices. I called to return the order and asked for the promotion items. They made me wait 1.5h to finally tell me that the promotions is not valid anymore, received the promo in mail 2 days ago.
