Terrible I had a food poisoning I’m making a complaint on your shitty food
Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience at this location, and I don’t think I’ll return — not even to their other branches.
I ordered kebab, but the quality didn’t match the price. It was undercooked in the middle🫠, and the vegetables didn’t taste fresh.😓
One of the staff members behaved in a way that wasn’t pleasant — and as a woman, I think it’s important to feel comfortable and respected.
Even during later visits to the area, still the same… anyway I give totally 2stars 🥰.
I know some people might enjoy this place🙏🏻, but for me, it wasn’t a satisfying experience. 🥹
I've been here twice before, and employees are always the kindest! Brightened up my day. The portions are also huge, so worth the price.
Employees were fine but gosh I have never received food with this old ingredients from a restaurant. The food was so old. It even smelled.
It's a Lebanese-Canadian restaurant that's not really authentic! They have poutine they call it Lebanese poutine!!!! No poutine in Lebanon? I tried their falafel sandwich which was good but not traditional. Customer service was good.
Vegetarian options: Falafel

Very good, as usual. Disappointed because there was no shawarma. But, for the rest, nothing to complain about. Shish taouk with tomato and pepper salad and garlic potatoes. In the Food Court, Place Montreal Trust.

Food not fresh, inedible.
I asked the gentleman who was playing on his phone if he could put the cucumber salad in my pita. He told me it wouldn't be good (with a stupid look) but hey, he prepared it the way I wanted. What wasn't good was the potatoes.
Its a thousand times better in any Amir.
When I paid I asked to explain the price and he treated me as if my head would not be okay. He told me that I am the only person who has asked that in his life.
Very stupid gentleman and food to vomit. I felt like making him taste my potatoes which were really not good, it seems like I wanted my money and my wasted time back but with this note that I'm writing I'm going to remember to never go back there.
