I went there with friends and it was a bad experience. I bought kebbe and it was burnt and old and not fresh. I also got a shawarma sandwich that was stuck to the aluminum and the other paper and also not fresh. The aluminum and paper were stuck to it and I had to open it to eat what's inside. On top of that, very bad service by the Moroccan guy. DO NOT GO THERE.

They got a very simple order of rice and chicken with no sides wrong. They included everything that we asked them not to include. We ordered through Uber Eats and Basha Sherbrooke told me that I would have to come in person from the hotel we were at to pick up a replacement (the correct) order in the pouring rain The person answering the phone at Basha plus its owner were not helpful.

Had the worst experience here. Not only was the server rude and got my order wrong, while blaming it on me somehow and screaming at me, when I finally got my order the chicken was the driest chicken I've ever had. I won't be surprised if it was stale. Threw the food out. Never going back again. Don't waste your time and money.

The place smells so weird...The place is not well maintained sadly, but it could be more inviting if it would be cleaner.If it would be better I would go there because it is well located, but many bad experiences (x2) called it an end for me!Do nor go there ans the fois does not taste regular... I felt like throwing Up...because the meat was so weird as a taste and smell.The gentlemen doesn't ask you what you want in your sandwich. He just decides for you, what he puts in your sandwich even if you're the one eating it and pays for it lol. I felt too he was totally careless about this. I just wish he'd be more careful or thoughtful towards a customer's preferences. I like to order juste one sort of sauce and simple salad in the pita. That's it! No need to assume what I enjoy in a pita. Thank you still, maybe you do your best and it may be difficult for the restaurant, I don't know, but I hope this review can help to improve the situation?

I used to come to Montreal and love bashas because the portions were so generous that they would give me two full containers of food for a great price. This time, our choices were limited to 4. We ordered the vegetarian plate. For this, we got 1 falafel, no vegetables or no dolamades. This is like ordering chicken kebab and getting one single piece of chicken from the kebab. I have never had so stingy a serving and mediocre food. Counter service was not very kind and rushed us through without anyone in line behind us. Please.dont waste your time or money.
