I go there every 2 weeks.usually amazing service,fresh hot bagels. Today I go order 18 bagels and the girl says no when I ask for hot ones.i repeated that I wanted hot ones and I saw her fill both bags scrounging around for the oldest which are always on the front of rack.was not impressed at all when I got home and unpacked bags.maybe 3 out of 18 were made within 30 minutes. The other don't know how long they had been there.very disappointed

I'm picking up some bagels this morning. The person at the cash register can't even explain the flavors to me. No internet so unable to pay my bill. After 10 minutes it works. And no receipt available. I am told: I don't know the machine ? I hope they will be good

Is the space fancy? No. Are the bagels excellent? Yes. It's definitely underrated as a bagel shop, yet the quality and diversity are there! The coconut bagel is on the mark, but there are also bagels with blueberries, chocolate, cinnamon and raisins, bananas, whole wheat, poppy seeds, plain and with sesame seeds! It's worth the detour ! I like that you can choose a pack of 6 from the day before for less, a win-win formula.
