Ate around 2pm, wasn’t too busy from the looks of it. Took 20 minutes to get our orders in, 45 minutes for the food to come and we were given wrong pizza orders after being told the pizza was on the way quite a few times. Food was good, the service not so much. It then took another 20-30 minutes to get our check once we asked for our bills. Definitely a tourist trap, and not a good one. The only redeeming factor, was that although the service wasn’t the best, the guy from the kitchen seemed to care about job.

One of the worst eateries in Dolmen Mall Clifton in terms of service. I placed my order at 6:28 PM, which included masala fries as a starter and a chicken fajita pizza as the main meal. The ironic part? The pizza was served at 6:42 PM, even though iftar time in Karachi was 6:46 PM. Meanwhile, the fries—supposed to be a starter—still hadn’t arrived by 7:02 PM.
To make things worse, I ordered a chicken fajita pizza, but what I got was a Mexican pizza instead. When I questioned the delay, the waiter outright denied that I had ordered at 6:28 PM. I even offered to check the CCTV footage and said that if I was wrong, I would pay Rs. 100,000 as compensation. But instead of addressing the issue, they avoided me and started ignoring my concerns.
Writing this review on the same day at 7:03 PM.

We went there on a fairly cold winter Saturday evening so there was no one there. I ordered 3 meals (spaguetti, steak and pizza) with a glass of wine and 2 drinks. It cost me $150 (BEFORE tip). This is totally over the top! I didn't say anything at the time because I was with my children, but my heart stopped beating for a split second when I saw the bill. I should have paid better attention when reading the menu.... It was still good but they are not generous on the fries and salad with the steak. The tiramitsu fell to the ground.

Today i went with my 2 kids at bella vita dolmen mall clifton for first time. I was so amazed to see the response of owner and mr muhammad asgar. They were very welcoming, making sure my kids dont get hurt while sitting on chairs. Even it was fully occupied but their service was so quick. They also made pizza without cheese on my special request tht my kids loved , making this place my forever to go 👍. Keep it up 👍
