Was really surprised by quality of the shop when I went in there for a cone.
The employees were very nice and patient when I was indecisive about what I wanted. They had a lot of different flavors and cones to choose from, and the price was actually quite reasonable compared to other places. I ended up getting their Lemon Sorbet.
The lobby was quaint and visibly diligently cleaned often. The size of the place wasn't an issue, especially since most customers buy ice cream to-go instead of eating it inside at the tables.
10/10 recommend if you're looking for a nice place to take a break at during a hot summer day.

Went to Ben and Jerry’s recently… and wow. WOW! Nic, the ice cream boy, had me in a trance. I was hesitant on which flavour I wanted, he gently grabbed my hand and said “no worries, I’ve been here for 9 years”. Beautiful. Safe to say I was hypnotized from that moment on. Thereafter, he gave me a scoop of Lait et Biscuits while subtly playing Nettspend music in the background. What a man. Dare I say, promote him to manager already! I stopped by Ben & Jerry’s recently for a quick treat and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The ice cream, of course, was incredible—as always! I went with the classic Chunky Monkey in a waffle cone and it did not disappoint. Creamy, flavorful, and loaded with all the good stuff.
But what really stood out was the service. Nic was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. They took the time to offer flavor suggestions, answered all my questions with a smile, and made the whole visit feel personal and fun. You can tell Nic really enjoys what they do, and that kind of energy is contagious. 5 stars!

I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Nic at the Ben & Jerry’s in downtown Montreal. From the moment I walked in, Nic was friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was well thought out, taking the time to offer fantastic recommendations and making the whole experience feel personal.
It’s rare to meet someone in customer service who clearly loves what they do and makes every guest feel valued. Nic’s kindness, attention to detail, and positive energy truly made my day, and I could see he was creating the same great experience for everyone else in line.
Ben & Jerry’s is lucky to have Nic, and I sincerely hope his hard work is recognized for the way he represents the brand and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. He’s a big reason I’ll be coming back, and I hope others get the chance to be served by him too.

He made me try every single flavour and guided me thoughtfully through my ice cream journey. We finally decided on “Oh Cone-Ada”, and boy let me tell you, it was good. Nicolas is a model employee and an example of everything a Ben and Jerry’s employee should be. Stay strong, and stay safe, much love.❤️

The ice cream was great and the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The two nights we went it was busy but the staff were very efficient serving everyone. Location is good and easily accessible. There is some seating inside to eat. The place was clean, Would definitely recommend this location!

Absolutely lovely place with your favorite ice cream classics! Excellent bilingual service by young knowledgeable people who were very nice and polite. You can sit inside and have your ice cream. Close to the downtown and to the college. Highly recommend!
