Went to Ben and Jerry’s recently… and wow. WOW! Nic, the ice cream boy, had me in a trance. I was hesitant on which flavour I wanted, he gently grabbed my hand and said “no worries, I’ve been here for 9 years”. Beautiful. Safe to say I was hypnotized from that moment on. I stopped by Ben & Jerry’s recently for a quick treat and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The ice cream, of course, was incredible—as always! I went with the classic Chunky Monkey in a waffle cone and it did not disappoint. Creamy, flavorful, and loaded with all the good stuff.
