I never write reviews but this was the worst service we have ever experienced in our lives and feel the need to share for others. We ordered this evening through the App from the Benny & Co. ROSEMONT location. Delivery driver came with only 1/2 the order. Said it wasn’t his problem as “it’s not him who deals with that”. Called the restaurant and a girl answered. First of all, she never even apologized. Said that it’s not her who deals with that. Then says “what do you want us to do about it” with major attitude! As if it was our fault! Then she said that next time I call I should start by saying what I want them to do about the problem! I guess it happens a lot… Never an apology. She couldn’t have cared less. We used to go to Benny regularly but they will never receive another cent from us EVER again.

First time trying Benny & co's chicken. The chicken is good, well cooked with a generous portion of fries, a very good alternative to St-Hubert. A great discovery. 2 steps from Beaubien metro. The welcome is friendly and the decoration is very beautiful. Looking forward to the opening of the dining room. You might want to consider replacing the Styrofoam containers for the sauce and coleslaw. Otherwise it's flawless.

Benny's restaurants are generally very good (good quality food, nice staff and fast service), but this branch is problematic. It has been more than once that we have received food delivered completely cold, with errors in the order, and delivered at the wrong time that was indicated in the online order. Despite a follow-up, I am still waiting for a return call from the manager. Branch to avoid.
Edit: still no returns, and customer service is not more collaborative. Very disappointing.

Honestly this is the first and last time I'd come to this resturant. The quantity is surprisingly small for the price you pay, and no flavor at all. I genuinely regret choosing to try it out. However, Jericho is super super sweet and amazing! Thank you jericho for being a great host, much love to you :)

I ordered for delivery at 8:22 p.m. and it never arrived, I had ordered a brisket meal and a poutine. However, on the invoice received by email I was told that it would arrive around 8:42 a.m., it is 9:24 p.m. and still no sign of my food, really not great!

1 hour later, the restaurant is closed and the delivery man never showed up. What terrible service.

Omg I avoid ordering out cause of financial reasons, but im in between grocery run, was starving, ordered online, omg! I should have read the reviews first, so disappointed, ordered a wrap , it was freakin empty, wilted salad, a complete disaster, the fries are dry and tasteless, but i think they always were though I expected it, don’t waste your money trust me! I regret it so much! The 2 stars are for the delivery guy lol never again!!!
