HORRIBLE customer service!!! We ordered a cake online which looked like a big cake for our grandmothers 85th. It did not say how many people it feeds. We get there and they give us a TINY cake which is not what I ordered. They refused to take it back and exchange it for the bigger cake. I showed them the website to prove that it didn’t say how many people it served and they still did not do anything. Will not buy from there again they lost a customer!

suuuuuch good cake. idk if you’re still doing sheet cakes (the first time I came in 2023 I got sheet cake slices not layer cakes) but if you’re not you should bring them back!!
