Updated October 2020. They only offer burgers and pizzas. Very, very disappointed.
Update December 2019: they open whenever they want, if they are still open. The quality has deteriorated slightly.
UPDATE March 2018: Great: They have a loyalty card. The fries are always very good. The tandori still at the TOP. You will have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get your meal, which is correct and a sign that the sandwich is freshly prepared and the fries fresh.
But the background music is aggressive... My eardrums are bleeding. And the violence of the words in the songs... I wouldn't bring children there.
Otherwise you're doing a great job. Encourage them!

I used a Tuango coupon to get trios at this restaurant. The first time I was there, the restaurant located on Ontario was moving and so we had to move to the other branch on Ste-Catherine. Of the 20 choices offered, only 3 were available. A second time, I showed up at the one on Ste-Catherine and the restaurant was closed at 5 p.m. Another day, so as not to be fooled again, I called several times to both branches but with no answer, not even a voicemail. The restaurant had changed its telephone number and the Tuango company told us that it was open. Arriving on the evening of August 28, at Ô BIG on Ste-Catherine, with the OPEN sign lit, there was a chair blocking the entrance. The employee came to tell us that the restaurant had a propane problem and there was no gas to cook the food. He assured us that the other restaurant would be open to accommodate us. Arriving at the other location 10 minutes later, recently moved, this other employee said it was impossible to proceed with the coupon because the internet was not working. After all this back and forth, I lost a lot of time. The employee said it was his first day on the job, he didn't have his manager's number and he couldn't help us with the coupons. The one time I was served the food was ok, the bread dry and bland tasting. My friend who paid for her meal ate 1/3 of her sandwich. We stayed there for 2 hours after witnessing no traffic in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the only reason I persisted in going back was because I was offered these coupons that expire soon. I will never go back there. Lack of organization. Misleading menu. Terrible service. Poorly trained employees. To tell you, after all these banal excuses, it was clearly felt that the people present were in no way trying to accommodate us. For those who are not aware of the coupons, they are paid in advance, with certainly a discount on the current price, but it is false advertising to publish a vast menu full of choices but which in the end can only providing 15% of their total menu. (And this was the 2 times I managed to enter the restaurant). In addition, they are not faithful to their opening hours. All this was experienced in the space of 3 weeks. Later, the restaurant manager or owner tried to apologize by offering free food after a complaint at Tuango, but I refuse to return to this place.

Good kebab, the bread is rather small but honestly it's enough. The fries aren't bad either. Friendly welcome but quite sad to eat there, better to take away. Perfect when you don't feel like cooking!
