We ate here while visiting Montreal for F1 weekend. We had great service, and the burgers/fries were just what we needed after a long day at the track.
The gentleman who took our order was super friendly and was otherwise constantly cleaning tables, floor, etc when not taking orders.

This was my first time trying a Billy K's. Came here on a Friday night. The place was mostly empty. They use a self-serve service so you don't really need to interact with employees at all.
I wasn't too impressed with the wrap that I got. It had a LOT of lettuce (you can see in the photo). The burger and hotdogs were ok, I actually preferred the hot dog over everything.
Not sure I would return to a Billy K's, it wasn't anything special.

None of the food items we ordered were remotely good. Not awful just not appealing or delicious. None of us finished our meals.

The food is always good but I don’t understand why when I pay by debit or credit they still round up my bill for taxes.
This has happened last two time I have eaten there. Should only round up when paying cash. Check receipts everyone.
Someone is putting Pennie’s in their pocket without most people not noticing or is it a fluke and I’m the only one this has happened to.

Got the Billy burger and the poutine trio and they were really good. Juicy, flavorful and well cooked meat from the burger with the poutine's sauce being so full of flavour, warm, and delightful. Definitely will be back for more
Amazing. I love Billy K burgers. Had the Billy burger and it was so good. Walking distance from hotels, so a great location. It was pouring rain when I went and had no idea what this place was, but it was honestly some of the best fast food I've ever had.
Service was excellent - I got the Billy burger and it was ?. Seasoned properly, well-smashed patty, good ratio of ingredients, and sauced well! Be aware, everything but the hot dogs and bacon are halal.
