The food is always good but I don’t understand why when I pay by debit or credit they still round up my bill for taxes.
This has happened last two time I have eaten there. Should only round up when paying cash. Check receipts everyone.
Someone is putting Pennie’s in their pocket without most people not noticing or is it a fluke and I’m the only one this has happened to.

Got the Billy burger and the poutine trio and they were really good. Juicy, flavorful and well cooked meat from the burger with the poutine's sauce being so full of flavour, warm, and delightful. Definitely will be back for more

Amazing. I love Billy K burgers. Had the Billy burger and it was so good. Walking distance from hotels, so a great location. It was pouring rain when I went and had no idea what this place was, but it was honestly some of the best fast food I've ever had.
Service was excellent - I got the Billy burger and it was ?. Seasoned properly, well-smashed patty, good ratio of ingredients, and sauced well! Be aware, everything but the hot dogs and bacon are halal.

Some hamburgers like few others, they really have flavor and quality, the service is very fast, recommended if you like something fast, delicious and cheap.
Didn’t start out well, I had a pick-up that I thought was going to be ready, announced myself & cook says no problem , 4 minutes buddy ….Must have been 20 minutes more, so like 45 total!
So why in the world would I leave 5* ???? The burger is THAT GOOD, the patties , the crispy edges, seasoning…..How else to explain? Try for yourselves you won’t be disappointed, simple as that ….

Nice place for quick meal. The staff is friendly. They have that huge screen to make your own order and pay. But what I really don’t like is that there is no any description on the items of the menu. Like how am I supposed to know what’s inside the burger? In this case the screen is useless because I’ll end up talking to the staff haha.
