I brought clients there today and it was nothing but horrendous. We saw countless tables leave because the staff seated them but never showed up to take orders. We had a similar experience where we had to flag the staff down to barely get drink orders. We then waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks and only for them to forget the bottle of wine and 1 drink. The next round of drinks was non existent. Food service was just as bad where we got only our sides and then 30 mins later we got our mains. The waiter apologized saying 2 people called in sick but it seems to be a trend with them. Will never return with clients to entertain from out of town.

Seriously? No menu, no service, and zero empathy? The audacity! You’d think they were doing us a favor just by existing. How dare you even call this a business!

Nice spot for brunch. We ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken lacks seasoning. Overall the food was good. Mathieu was really patient, kind, and friendly. Somebody give him a promotion! ;-)

I had high hopes but left with low drumsticks. The drinks were fine, the atmosphere hit the right notes, and the music was on key. But the food? A real mis-steak. Paying $31 for three fried drumsticks and a spoonful of coleslaw felt like a fowl deal. And the cornbread? Stale enough to make toast blush. Honestly, if KFC had this place’s décor, it would be finger-licking better. Won’t be winging back anytime soon.

The service is very long. We ordered our order around 8:30 and got it 1 hour later. On the other hand, the waiters/waitresses are nice. I had the waffles and fried chicken and the waffles were a little soft when they served them to me, as if they had been soaking in maple syrup for a long time. I would have preferred that they were thicker or at least that someone brought me the syrup so that I could add the desired quantity myself. Otherwise nice atmosphere in general.

Really sad how the quality of this place has diminished drastically. In the beginning when Kim Lalouz was around it was good. I think the cooks really just don’t care or taste any of the dishes before they go out. We ordered the fried chicken and waffles and the 3 piece chicken with corn bread and slaw. The chicken was very under seasoned devoid of salt same with the corn bread and that coleslaw is sad as hell no salt no vinegar no flavour. It’s supposed to be a fresh addition that cleanses the palette from the fried chicken . Disappointing to say the least . The chicken also had no seasoning and the batter was hard and dry over fried. Corn bread was super dry and seemed like was made a day ago. The bill came to 92$ with tip . I know it sucks to say but I would have literally rather eat kfc than this over priced hype machine. To the chef or owners I urge you to taste the food coming out the pass of the kitchen. Its unacceptable for the price
The chicken waffle with maple sirasha was really good

What a nice place. The music and the atmosphere are there. It's such a shame that the service is extremely long. The food is really ordinary. The "large plates" as indicated on the menu were dull and without accompaniment. A brisket on a waffle with absolutely nothing else on the side or on top. $36.
I won't go back there.

We ordered the mock pock and chicken benny. We were dissapointed by the food quality and the price. For the mock pock, they missed a salad when they first served us. After reminded, they brought us a small side salad, which was way too salty. My bf tried it and said he was so sad for me because the food was not good. For the chicken benny, the sauce and chicken were good, but the chicken portion was way too small. My bf said the quality is dropping a lot. The price is way too expensive for the portion and quality we had. We won't be coming back.

It had been a little over a year since my last visit.
The new menu was inviting and we looked forward to their brunch. Unfortunately, the waffles themselves were soggy and inedible. The chicken - as always - was great. Drinks came out immediately but the food itself took quite a long to be served. This was surprising, given that the restaurant wasn't full. What's worse - the birthday girl's food took the longest to be served.
Atmosphere: Maybe turn the music a little bit so we can hear each other?
