Correct service and good atmosphere, on the other hand I give 3 stars because serving a Burger for $17 without fries and just with coleslaw is still excessive, the Burger was good but I was left wanting

Where to begin? You’re in little italy, the name of the place is in italian and means beer but you have only one italian beer available? Service was slow and rude although half empty. Waiter had the guts to tell us we’re in montreal, so try one of our many local beers. Never again will i go

Evening with friends and very disappointed! a friend forgets to leave the tip and immediately a waiter who we haven't dealt with all evening runs to tell one of my friends that he is the one who will have to pay his tip. It's pure theft, indecent to ask customers for money like that. We work with the tipping mechanism ourselves and none of us would have asked that of our customers, the service was nothing exceptional and we were all planning to leave a tip so no worries friends! ;)

It's OK, their house beers seems to not change all that much over the years.If you want a quiet place to have a drink with a friend. It's a good spot, but if you want to be blown away by great craft beer, it's not the place.

One of the worst experiences since I lived in Montreal.The waitress was more than very pleasant, we had the impression of being at her place and that we were disturbing her. Not a smile or an attempt at sympathy.Regarding the quality of the food I don't even know what to say...my dish took at least 1 hour to arrive, my friends had already finished eating before I was able to get my order.Then given the quality of the food I would have preferred that they forgot to serve me honestly.To conclude, the (same) waitress simply forgot our last order...and preferred to be behind the bar not doing much.We had to tell him that we preferred to cancel our last order since it would never arrive anyway.I can understand being in a bad mood, or being overwhelmed because the bar is full, that can happen. But in this case, when we make a series of mistakes and are as unpleasant as possible, at least we apologize or explain ourselves (obviously the bar was not full, I should point out).This was my last time in this bar, and it's certainly the same for my friends.

Great selection of delicious micro beers! They have a wide selection from sour, to stouts to IPA! The place has great atmosphere and the waiters are very knowledgeable the beer that they have. They also do collabs with other microbrews their summer berry rhubarb sour beer was out of this world ?. Hope it will be returning summer 2023!

Lager fest actuellement. Grand bar avec beaucoup de places très populaires le vendredi soir vaut mieux y aller tôt car impossible de réserver si pas en grand groupe. Sert l’excellente bière de SILO. Une des meilleures microbrasserie spécialisé dans les lager, pilsner kolsch etc j’adore cet endroit. Nourriture excellente (sandwich smoke meat).

Extremely aggressive employee.Extremely aggressive employee.This week I went to an event at this bar. When paying for a beer, I encountered a problem with the payment keypad. I had selected the option to give a custom amount, but that went straight to the payment screen. Not having the option to go back, I made the payment. A bald, thin employee with glasses started yelling at me extremely aggressively, to the point where everyone turned to look. He told me contemptuously: “Here in Quebec, we leave tips.” It's clear that he said this to me specifically because of my background, despite being a foreigner himself.I completely understand that tips are part of the salary for those who work in customer service, but what happened was not my fault. I paid the tip separately while trying to explain myself. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and the way they treated customers. He became even more aggressive, even violent, shouting very loudly. He even asked my name. He said I couldn't return to the bar again, even though he was just an employee and not the owner. I left the place publicly humiliated, without barely tasting the beer. The organizer of the event and the owner of the establishment apologized to me afterwards, which I appreciated. However, I don't recommend this place due to the employee's behavior.This week, I went to an event at this bar. While trying to pay for a beer, I faced an issue with the payment keypad.
