This place exceeded all my expectations! The loaded baked potatoes were a true culinary experience – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and generously filled with an array of fresh, delicious toppings. I loved the variety of options, from traditional ingredients to creative combinations. The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back and try more from the menu! Highly recommended if you want a unique and tasty dining experience!

My partner and I were visiting from Ontario - he's a Canadian born Turk. We thought we'd see what Turkish restaurants are in Montreal and saw that Bistro Patate au Four made kumpir! My partner exclaimed we HAD to go! The last time he had kumpir was when he visited Turkey last, over 17 years ago. We went and ordered their two most popular variations - the Turk and the Montrealaise - and it was absolutely delicious. Very filling, very flavourful, and we were both very very happy. It exceeded both of our expectations - my partner said it beat the kumpir in Turkey, hands down, and for me, it was so beyond baked potato it's not even the same thing. This a MUST try. Dilek (owner) and company were very hospitable and made us feel welcomed. Thank you for the excellent experience - we wish we lived here so we could have it every week! We'll be dreaming of kumpir for a while.

This place is simply henial and friendly, eating well, gourmet, gourmet, good portions and healthy! Everything is homemade (nothing chemical or industrial). The quality of the ingredients and the love of homemade justifies the price. To go there is to go back :)

Dietary restrictions: You can create your own kumpir or adapted easily because everything is made as you go (with or without butter or oil..cheese or not, and a nice variety of sauces, etc.)

Had my eye on this place for a while and finally got around to visiting. We had the baked potato nordic and montreal - both were absolutely delicious. They served us some spicy pickled jalapeños on the side, which were a fantastic addition. We’ll be coming back to try the other dishes ?

We decided to go to this restaurant thanks to the very positive reviews and believe me it’s worth it! The quality, freshness and taste are excellent; above average. The super nice chef. The service a little slow and the decor ordinary. But it is by far the best tzatziki I have eaten. The wraps with naan bread are exceptional. Kumpirs are very comforting. We're going back soon!!!

I recently visited the bistro and tried two of their dishes: the 4 Cheese with Bacon baked potato and the Smoked Salmon baked potato. Both were absolutely amazing! The 4 Cheese with Bacon was rich and creamy, with perfectly cooked bacon adding a wonderful crunch. The Smoked Salmon baked potato was equally impressive, with the salmon adding a delightful, smoky flavor. Each potato was cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and fluffy interior. The atmosphere of the bistro was cozy and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the bistro to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. I can't wait to go back and try more of their offerings!
